Our credit card payments are processed through the ANZ eGate™ payment gateway. ANZ eGate™ is compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you are ready to pay you are directed from our website to an ANZ eGate™ secure payment page. Once the payment is completed you are directed back to our site.

I can't log into my account?
Things to check.

  1. Make sure you are entering the email address and password you used to set up your account. Passwords are case sensitive and if you are unsure of your password you can request to reset it.
  2. Do you have cookies enabled? Cookies are required for the log in system to work and you may have cookies disabled. If you are unsure of what this means then the chances are you have them enabled as they are enabled by default.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the My Cart page
  2. Change the quantity number in the “QTY” column of the item
  3. Click the Update button at the bottom of the cart list.

You can set the delivery address on the checkout for each order you place.

How do I delete/remove an item from my shopping cart?
To remove an item from your shopping cart follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the My Cart page
  2. Click the X button in the first column of the item you want to remove

I had an account on the old website - how do I access it?
If you had an account on our old website please go to the login screen and use the Forgot Password link, enter the email address you used to create the account in the old website and proceed with the instructions onscreen and in the password reset email you will receive.
