Delivery Times
Orders to be delivered within the Invercargill City boundary & Otatara
For same day delivery we need to have your order by 3pm. This service is only available to delivery addresses within the Invercargill City boundary and Otatara.
Orders to be delivered to rural addresses and outside a rural township
Orders to addresses in rural townships and outside rural townships need to be placed by 2pm to have the order delivered the following day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered with your mail the day after the next.
Orders to be delivered to Stewart Island
All orders being delivered to Stewart Island must be in by 12 noon at the very latest as the plane leaves at 1PM for same day delivery.
Pressed for Time?
If timing is crucial please call Windsor Florist on (03) 217 8050 as this can save time waiting for the online orders to be processed.
Rural & Overnight Delivery Packaging
All rural and overnight orders are boxed up safe and are in some form of hydration.
Weekend Orders
We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Choosing the right options when placing an order
When you place an order you need to let us know the correct delivery address so there are no delays with sending your flowers or gift.
If your delivery address is outside the Invercargill City boundary it is vitally important that you enter the right postal code at the checkout so we can get the goodies there in a timely manner.
Delivery Options
Delivery costs are based on the delivery address postal code.
Delivery to Kew Hospital
If your order is to be delivered to Kew Hospital click the "Deliver to Kew Hospital" checkbox on the checkout screen. This will open the "Deliver to a different address" fields where you can enter the name of the recipient and ward details.
Please Note:
If you have selected the wrong delivery choice and/or address, Windsor Florist reserves the right to either reduce the flowers in the order or charge you additional delivery fees however we will phone/email you to discuss before proceeding.
How much does delivery cost?
Local Invercargill deliveries:
Deliveries to Invercargill postcodes are a flat rate of $12.00 per delivery.
Otatara:
Deliveries to Otatara are $15.00 per delivery. Orders to placed no later than the day prior to delivery.
Rest of Southland:
Orders to areas outside Invercargill City and Otatara are $25 per delivery. Please see above for the delivery cut off times.
Note: Some orders may need to go on the overnight mail truck depending on the location.
Rest of New Zealand
